A LOCAL GATHERING

Join us for a served dinner and discussion with our Farm-to-Fork Partners.

Learn more about the local products that we use in the café and in our retail locations while enjoying a four-course, chef prepared meal!

Hors d’oeurves and mocktails will begin at 6pm. Dinner will be serverd at 6:30pm, followed by coffee and dessert.

HORS D’OEURVES:

County line beef meatballs, roasted spaghetti squash, fresh tomato marinara

Cameron Farms roasted belly pork, Chinese steamed bun

L&A Farms margarita chicken quesadilla roll up

Prairie Mills sun dried tomato and feta polenta cake, fennel fronds

Heirloom tomato cucumber, Harvest Bakery artisan boule

ENTREE:

Cameron Farms bacon wrapped smoked pork loin with balsamic bacon puree

White Violet Center sweet pepper, leek, and potato cake

Ratatouille stuffed acorn squash

The price for this event is only $25.00 cash/card/DB. Students with a meal plan can even use a meal swipe to reduce the price to $15.00!
