    Debbie Robinson is a 30-year food service professional, with prior positions throughout Ohio. She is thrilled to currently be at RHIT. In her spare time, Debbie loves to garden and go antiquing

    Executive Chef

    Executive Chef Justin Durand joined Bon Appétit in November of 2014 with the team at DePauw University. The two aspects that appealed most to him about our company is the commitment to purchasing local and sustainable products and cooking from scratch in the kitchen. These values are incredibly important in educating and training our staff.
    Prior to Bon Appétit, Executive Chef Justin worked in many different sectors of food service including higher education, restaurants, country clubs, and caterers.

    Operations Manager

    Matt Barnes joined Bon Appétit in May of 2016. He has been a food service professional for the past 13 years in the Chicago and Sacramento markets. He is excited to be a part of the Bon Appétit family and is looking forward to spending time teaching the students and faculty at RHIT about food and sustainability. In his spare-time Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling anywhere tropical, and discovering new restaurants.
